If every business was run as smoothly, efficiently, and his customer friendly as Gerber collision, it would be an ideal world! Not only did they do an excellent job on the damage, but they went above and beyond to make sure the electrical system was functioning properly, as I had had some issues with that. I was updated on a very regular basis and I felt so comfortable with the staff there. I especially want to send kudos to Kelley F. who was an absolute delight to work with, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. I was sent from the Chevy dealership over to Gerber after I was insistent about my door not closing properly. They were ready to send me off saying there was nothing they could do. As an after thought, they said I should stop over at Gerber to see if someone could take a look as they were too busy. Almost immediately, Jeremy came out with me to my car-took one look at my door and knew exactly what the problem was and made sure that he fixed it right away as it was so unsafe. He didn't even charge me to tighten the latch on my door or for his time. Thank you for taking the time to care about my safety. You all have made a customer for life, thank you so much Jeremy!

I took my car into Gerber not knowing what to expect after my accident. The insurance company recommended Gerber Collision. Everyone I spoke to was not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable in their field. The schedule person, Jennifer, had a great speaking voice. She spoke very clearly and super friendly, in person and on the phone. My estimator was April M. and I was a little skeptical about a woman knowing enough about cars to make some decisions on my damage. Boy was I wrong, April was fantastic, she showed me damage that I didn't even see and how the body shop would have to go about repairing it. She was simply AWESOME. They also called Enterprise rent a car and got me set up with a rental car. The whole experience was classy and professional.
