I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision &Glass. Everyone was very professional and caring. They keep you informed every step of the way with your estimate through the repair. Kelly is fabulous as well as all the employees I had contact with. The body shop did a great repair. Melbourne is lucky to have them in our area.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Tina , who really helped me and if it was not her I would lost extra time, money and nerves on looking for the check, making extra trips back home and to the shop ( she made calls to insurance company and resolved my issue even without me asking her,- it was such a relief!) I really appreciate professionalism and friendly attitude, I felt that I was taken care of better than I could do it on my own. Thank you very much. When my car was hit the thing I dreaded the most was having to deal with another auto body shop that did not return calls and did not do quality work by no means, and took over a month to get my car repaired to my expectations and that was only after I got the owner involved. HOWEVER these guys (that includes Gieco) I expressed my concerns to the Gieco Representative and he assured me the job will be down correctly and go through QC several times before I would see my car. Well I wanted to believe him but I had my doubts. I received several calls from the rep and body shop providing an update on my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car I have to admit it did look great. When the manager started to go over what they actually did to get my vehicle to standards FLOORED ME!!!! I cannot put into words how awesome these guys are. I would ... definitely recommend them to everyone I know. The car was beyond what I expected and clean when I picked it up. THANK YOU! read more

Car needed to have the hood/fenders repainted under Xzilon warranty. Staff is always courteous & friendly (vehicle was there previously for over 60 days for collision repair). Paint job looks great.
