Excellent customer Service the staff went out of their way to accommodate me I give them 10's on a 1-10 scale! My car looks brand new! I will recommend this location to my family and friends! The staff kept me updated on my repairs and they were very friendly! Gerber Collision of Merrillville exceeded my expectations.

I am extremely pleased with the service i received at gerber collision in merrillville. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and informative. They kept me up to date on the repair of my vehicle. Most importantly they did a great job on my repair. My car looks great!!! I was also very impressed with the speed of getting my car fixed. They were very quick and the manager made sure i got my car on time. He actually impressed me with how fast the repair was completed. They exceeded my expectations and i have already recommended the location to friends when talking about my car repair. Thank you for a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's taken me a long time to get to writing this review and I feel it's long overdue. In August 2014 I'd taken my car in for collision repair to the Merrillville, IN location. The staff and management were very thorough and courteous. I' received a recommendation to take my vehicle for repair to them by way of my step-father who'd gotten collision repair done there about 6 months prior. Considering that's he's very picky on who works on his vehicle I felt comfort in taking my vehicle to Gerber. I had the mirror on my Infiniti FX35 repaired there. The service technician was very thorough in walking me through all of the repairs that needed to be done in order to repair the damage. Great job! My car was finished a week earlier than estimated. All body work done beautifully. They even arranged to have windshield done at same time. Inside was detailed and super clean. Service was excellent -- they called me twice a week to give me an update. Excellent!

Very friendly, helpful staff; excellent service from start to finish, and car was finished in the time promised and per their estimate. I've had to visit this location twice, and was highly satisfied both times. I would highly recommend them.

The shop that did the repairs on my vehicle and the people that worked on my vehicle were very professional. I received calls twice a week notifying me of the status of the repairs. If I need any repairs in the future. I will use them. I will recommend my family and friends to them in the future.

More than satisfied. My vehicle was repaired with professionalism and looks like brand new. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and informative. Also, repairs were completed in a very timely period. No complaints and would recommend to anyone needing bodywork done.
