From the first day I called, Maryann was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The repairs on our Prius V is awesome!! I never expected the car to look like it did the day we drove it off the Toyota lot, but it does! Frank kept us up to date with the repairs being made and made sure we understood everything. We would recommend this Gerber branch to our family and friends. Our son had his Prius repaired here 2 or 3 years ago and the work was great then and continues today. Aaron, you have a GREAT team working with you! Please make sure to let them know this every once in awhile. Happy employees are good employees! Thank you all for a job well done!!

Today I went to get a price on getting my rear interior driver side door handle fixed. I normally go to Art Hill Lincoln dealership, but they were very rude and I wanted to try someone different. So I came here. I was totally satisfied with general manager Aaron Hanson as well production manager Frank T. I will refer people to this location. It's very professional.

The best service ever! Professional. Empathetic to a busy schedule. Great communication with regular updates both by text and phone contact. Arranged for no hassle rental while my car was in shop. I just wanted to let Gerber know Aaron and team form Merr did an excellent job.Picked up car on 7-24 everything was great.Next day came out to car and it was vandelized soon as I saw this I went to Gerber In Merr where the manager Aaron and team removed all of spray paint from my fresh painted car..I offered to pay for there service shop refused to take my money..Aaron stated no charge this is a cust satisfaction

Today I took my aunt Marjorie H. to pick up her repaired auto, I asked Frank how I could it mark off of my car that had happened in a store pking lot, He took the mark off, for me in minutes. This was the 2nd time I'd taken my aunt to Gerber to pick up her car and he 3rd repair there. I'd recom to anyone.

I was truly amazed at the way I was treated!! All employees that I had to deal with were very polite, informative and went out of their way to help. The work done on my vehicle was done really well.
