Ther service that I have recieved from Scott has been nothing but commendable. His constant communication with me as to how the repairs on the car are coming along has been very helpful. Not only through e-mail but through the phone is the service supberb. Everyone from the receptionist to any employee that walks through make you feel important. I would never hesitate to bring or recommend Gerber for any car repairs and it has become my choice for service on my car. Again thanks to all the staff you are the best.

This is my 2nd review for the repairs I had done at my car at this Gerber location; I just wanted to give another big Thank You to Mark Poulsen the Geico rep. and Bill the Gerber tech. they both helped me to understand what was going to be done and also kept me updated with the status of my vehicle while the repairs were being done. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Gerber Collision. From day one that my vehicle was brought into their shop I received a call from Bill, who would be my best friend over the next month and a half while my car was being repaired from an accident. Bill called me every Tuesday and Thursday without fail to keep me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. He was always very sweet and accomodating. His customer service is like no other I have every experienced. He went above and beyond my expectations and I am so grateful for his kindness! He made, what I thought was going to be a horrible experience, a very good one. Thank you Bill Hommen for everything! Gerber Collision is very lucky to have such an amazing employee!
