Stopped by to see if the shop could help me install a replacement power side mirror on my truck. I didn't have the tools to remove the door card myself and didn't want to risk damaging it. They took my vehicle outback right away and 20 minutes later were done. When I tried to pay for it I was told it wasn't a big deal and that they wouldn't charge me anything for the service. This is customer service, you have earned a customer for life. I have been putting off getting some touchup work done on my wife's car but I will definately bring it by. "Your service was very very excellent! Fast, and of the highest quality.The staff is very friendly and helpful, couldn't have been better! With an organizational "flow" I can see why the service was so good! But, what really impressed me, and I came back to tip the detail-er(s) of my 2007 Matrix, was the quality and perfection that my car was detailed/cleaned on the inside. I always have kept my cars clean as new and my standards are high for myself because I like perfection...but I haven't been as good about detailing my car in recent years, So I would say that the car was detailed to my standards.....which is better than any car-wash shop has ever done. I don't waste my money there anyway. So, I couldn't have been happier with your business, and will return when the occasion arises again!!"

My experience at Gerber Collision was excellent! I appreciated the open communication that my adjuster Rudy demonstrated during the nine days my car was in the repair stages. He would call me each business day and let me know the status on my vehicle and he was very detailed in his responses and accurate on his completion date/time of each repair. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision to a friend or family member. Once I came and picked up my car it was brand new, Gerber Collision had vacuumed the inside and washed the outside and the repair was immaculate. I was very pleased with my services and communication Gerber Collision demonstrated. Thank you!

The entire collision repair process at Gerber eas more than positive. The front desk receptionist was extremely professional and courteous/helpful. The gentleman who looked over the damage on the vehicle was courteous and obviously knew the value of putting the customer at ease. The car damage repair was completed in less than three days which, to me, is excellent. When I was called and informed the car was ready, I went to the Gerber site and was assisted by a professional who reviewed the work with me, answered my questions, and fulfilled a 100% positive experience. This type of experience is never good but the folks at Gerber did everything possible to make it as painfree as possible. Hats off to all involved. Thank You.
