I have had my vehicle in for repair on several occasions. Not for Gerber's lack of hard work. They have been nothing but extremely kind, courteous and have gone out of their way to assist my needs. They have stayed open a little late for me to pickup my car when finished, they have called and kept me informed on the repairs of my vehicle. They have also been very human, with no fake kindess, but have been genuine. They have been nothing less than professional. When picking up my vehicle on one occasion the technician noticed imperfections with body work completed by the previous shop, something I had not yet noticed. They have great attention detail and should I need a body shop in the future I will definitely be going to Gerber. Stephanie have been especially nice and I really appreciate her kindness.

My daughter was in an accident about 2 weeks ago which was a hit and run. It was overwhelming and time consuming. When farmers gave us the list of body shops we did not know who to choose so I told my daughter to pray for the right place. She chose Gerber Collision. I was very impressed with the numerous follow up calls to inform me of the status of car. Monica and Stephanie were wonderful, they were very professional and pleasant over the phone and answer all my questions. As a facility Manager these are some of the important traits that I look for in employees when working with any company or vendors. Knowing that this took my family by surprise finacially we were not prepared to pay the deductible and rental expenses. Gerber Collision has amazing customer service. I had gotten into my first accident and had no idea what to do. Joe took the time to explain to me what was going on with my car.
