The work done on my car was great;Tim was very accommodating. However, the employees, especially Amy, are spectacular. No matter how many times I called - she was always friendly, listened to my needs and it was all done professionally and with complete efficiency. I called Thursday afternoon how many more days until I could get my car washed and she cheerfully told me. Then most unfortunately, only a few hours later my befriends' husband hit my car! When I walked into Gerber Collision - Amy greeted me with Hi Ms. ****, what can we do for you today? (Sorta surprised to see me). When I told her it was hit - immediately Jess went out looked at my car, wrote up an estimate, Amy emailed the estimate to my friend; called my friend and she approved it along with setting me up with a rental at my convenience. My experience at Gerber was phenomenal! This was my first experience submitting an accident claim so I was a bit intimidated by the entire process. From my very first phone call to Tammy and my meeting with her and Nicole, later that day, until today when I picked up my car, the service was absolutely amazing. As promised, Tammy helped me with my rental vehicle and was always friendly when I called with questions. Nicole called me three times each week as promised and was extremely helpful. When I came to get my vehicle, the check out process was both smooth and satisfying. I would greatly recommend this location to anyone. It is not a pleasant experience to file an insurance claim for body work, but it was so pleasant working with these two ladies. I am sure the techs in the back would be equally kind. Their work was completely ... acceptable and exceeded my expectations. My car was also cleaned INSIDE and OUT. Thanks for a great experience. We had a VERY GOOD experience with Samantha F! She is VERY professional and takes the time to answer any and all the emails that I sent her in regards to our car very promptly. She also said we would have our car by Friday and it actually was done way ahead of schedule! We have dealt with her in the past(when it was Collex Collision) and we will continue to refer people to her and your company!!! When picking up the car she even asked me how my son's Special Olympics went the day before. She remembered me telling her that we were going there after we dropped the car off! I was impressed that she remembered! That made me feel that I was just not another number just dropping my car off! She cares for her customers also! Thank you so much Sam!!! You are the best!!!!

I got into my first accident ever at 23. I was pretty upset about the damage to my car, however we had work done here in the last and were satisfied. I was just as satisfied this time around. Not only did the employees go above and beyond to make sure I got the best parts for my car ( seen as it was in almost new condition before the accident), and even price matches and got me new parts. But they even covered the costs of my rental car for a few extra days to make it easier on me. The staff is really helpful and is truly the definition of customer service. If anyone I know needs repairs or auto glass done, I will definitely be referring them to you guys. Thank you so much to the ladies and gentleman of he woodhaven get we collision and glass store!
