Outstanding service from start to finish. Front office was extremely courteous and helpful. They set me up with free car rental for the first five days. I was surprised when they called after a week and told me my vehicle was finished. The original estimate was for a minimum of two weeks. After the repairs, my vehicle looks as if it came off the showroom floor. They even took the extra time to clean the inside. You are definitely the top collision service in the industry. I had the opportunity to receive service from the Allendale Gerber Collision facility recently twice. Both times the service engineers and staff were extremely helpful, courteous and kind. I recieved a rental car warmed up and waiting and returned to a not only repaired car, but sparkling clean inside and out. I beleive they go out of their way to satisfy customers. I would rate this Gerber Business #1! Thank you for making my inconvenience convenient.
