Gerber is a CLASS ACT Collision & Glass shop. Due to the unforeseen circumstances that ended up causing my car to be repaired. My husband & I were extremely grateful for them being on top of their customer service skills. They were able to keep me reassured on every aspect of each repair. I was worried about getting a ticket for driving around without a driver side-view mirror and they went out of their way to order this part asap. It came in earlier then expected and they called us to bring car in to put the new mirror on. During these pandemic days it's so rare, that a local business was so ready to take the time and eagerly help. Offered to direct us with any additional questions or concerns.
