the people were friendly. when I brought my van in for an estimate they let me know when all of the parts were in they would call me and set up a start day . they sent me updates of progress and told me it would take 8 days to do the job and it was. I knocked off my rear view mirror on my Audi A6. Couldn't get it back on. The Audi dealer couldn't get it back on either and wanted $800 for a new mirror. I stopped at the Kentwood location today and Kyle put it all back together in just a few minutes. Thank you Kyle for your great service.
