We could not be any more pleased from the great collision work my Mother received on her 2010 Focus. The car looks like new again. Customer service was top notch, In fact, that is how I would describe the entire experience. Gerber definitely went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction and exceeded my expectations without question. I would, without hesitation , recommend their services!

I work in insurance and I know Gerber does good work. I took my wife's vehicle there because I had an unfortunate run in with an ice chunk this winter. Didn't make an insurance claim so I dealt with Gerber directly. They were very fast, polite and did an excellent job with the car. Kris in the office is great and Sebastian who helped with the estimate was just as helpful. They even finished the work a day faster then what was estimated. Thank you for everything!

I was hesitant to use Gerber, as I've always taken my vehicle to the dealership, as I thought they would be able to get parts easier and quicker. The dealership botched the repair job and State Farm suggested Gerber. I took it to Gerber and they were wonderful! The entire staff was friendly and professional while being flexible with my schedule, generous with offers for my own comfort level, and efficient in completing the repair in a timely manner to perfection! I will always use Gerber in the future instead of any dealership!

I would like to thank the great employees at the Kalamazoo Gerber, who have helped my family with numerous vehicles we have owned over the years, even before being a part of Gerber. The Wonderful service starts the moment we talk to Sally, and continues until we get our vehicle back, looking fantastic. Numerous people have helped us, even serving as a liaison between us and our insurance company, when we disagree with our insurance provider. In fact, while we may change insurance providers, we always end up bringing our vehicles to this shop, as we trust them to take care of our vehicles like they would their own, while providing us with the best possible service. I wish we could name everyone who has provided us with such great service, but I'm sure I would miss something someone did. I have never had body work done on a car before and this was a great experience. Went with the recommendation of the insurance company. Everything at Gerber was thoroughly explained to me and they were in frequent communication (phone/email) to let me know where my car was in the process. My car was delivered before the estimated due date. It was clean and looks/runs great.

When we called Gerber we got in quickly for our estimate. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. We dropped our vehicle off before leaving state on vacation. The team at Gerber was very friendly and thoughtful of us being on vacation. They kept us updated on our repairs and went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased when we got our vehicle back.
