This is the second time I have used your services and on each occasion you have done excellent work. In addition to this your repairs are done when you promise and your staff is friendly and very courteous. Hopefully I won't need your services again, but if I do ,you will be my second call, right after the insurance company.

This was by far the best experience I have had at any auto service company. I dealt with several employees, customer service, mechanic, manager and everyone was equally helpful and professional. I received email updates about the progress of my repair, and they finished the work earlier than the original expected completion date. HIGHLY recommend this shop for any service required! I couldn't have had a better experience here.

Excellent customer service. Delays with parts ordering but Scott has a way of making you feel like you are hisnone and only customer and he is so good with people, you actually look forward to bringing your car in!

Alex L. was Amazingly friendly and helpful. I had a couple of loose pieces from the front fender flapping so that I couldn't drive more than 20mph. with 45 minutes before close Alex secured the pieces with zip ties so that I could drive the weekend before getting an adjuster. thanks! what great service and great emplyee.

Amazing service. I truly appreciated the updates via phone call and email. So very informative and kind in explaining everything from what they were fixing on my car, to what steps came next in the process. We selected Gerber Collision because of their convenient hours (open until 6 p.m. and on Saturdays). Nicole was friendly and provided exceptional customer service from the moment she answered the phone until the vehicle was picked up. She was very knowledgeable and arranged for a rental car, too. Derek was very friendly and helpful when reviewing the damage and offered to tow the car to the Clawson location so the work could be done sooner. Taylor at the Clawson location worked on the car and kept me informed of the status. Taylor did excellent work! Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received from Gerber Collision!
