Just like to say thanks for the oustsnding service and timely matter I had a dent pulled out on my truck. The girls in the office were very upbeat and nice for a Monday a.m.. They also kept me informed every 20 minutes as the tech was pulling dent out without cracking the paint. Its nice to deal with friendly honest people. Thanks to Gerber in Wayne MI. You rock

The service at this center is wonderful. My estimator was Rob R. and he was very pleasant and went above and beyond to bring my car to me at my place of work when the repair was finished. I truly am thrilled with this kind of service. I will definitely use this Gerber location in the future (well actually I hope I dont really need to) and I will recommend it to friends and family.

Amazing, excellent, wonderful service. My experience from beginning to end was over and above my expectations. Other service industries need to take a page from Gerber's book. They treat you like family and with respect. They make a stressful time in having your vehicle tied up much more comfortable with their timely repair.

I would have to say my experience with Gerber Collision was exceptional. Both the adjuster Sara K. and the estimator Jason H. were very good at their jobs, both at explaining what had to be done, and following up with me with up dates when thy said thy would. The work done on my car was great, so I say the workers do great work too.
