Everyone is wonderful and helpful they are caring for what the customer is going through, they did a wonderful job my jeep looks just like new and it drives the same as b/4 the accident. I am extremely happy with there work and I will tell my friends and family if they need a collision shop to go to Gerber Collision on 15 Mile in Sterling Heights.

This was by far the best experience I have had at any auto service company. I dealt with several employees, customer service, mechanic, manager and everyone was equally helpful and professional. I received email updates about the progress of my repair, and they finished the work earlier than the original expected completion date. HIGHLY recommend this shop for any service required! Excellent customer service. Delays with parts ordering but Scott has a way of making you feel like you are hisnone and only customer and he is so good with people, you actually look forward to bringing your car in!

Alex L. was Amazingly friendly and helpful. I had a couple of loose pieces from the front fender flapping so that I couldn't drive more than 20mph. with 45 minutes before close Alex secured the pieces with zip ties so that I could drive the weekend before getting an adjuster. thanks! what great service and great emplyee.
