Amazing service. I truly appreciated the updates via phone call and email. So very informative and kind in explaining everything from what they were fixing on my car, to what steps came next in the process. My car looks good as new and you can't even tell it was in an accident. Couldn't ask for more in customer service!! Thank you!!

We selected Gerber Collision because of their convenient hours (open until 6 p.m. and on Saturdays). Nicole was friendly and provided exceptional customer service from the moment she answered the phone until the vehicle was picked up. She was very knowledgeable and arranged for a rental car, too. Derek was very friendly and helpful when reviewing the damage and offered to tow the car to the Clawson location so the work could be done sooner. Taylor at the Clawson location worked on the car and kept me informed of the status. Taylor did excellent work! Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received from Gerber Collision!

Just like to say thanks for the oustsnding service and timely matter I had a dent pulled out on my truck. The girls in the office were very upbeat and nice for a Monday a.m.. They also kept me informed every 20 minutes as the tech was pulling dent out without cracking the paint. Its nice to deal with friendly honest people. Thanks to Gerber in Wayne MI. You rock

The service at this center is wonderful. My estimator was Rob R. and he was very pleasant and went above and beyond to bring my car to me at my place of work when the repair was finished. I truly am thrilled with this kind of service. I will definitely use this Gerber location in the future (well actually I hope I dont really need to) and I will recommend it to friends and family.

Amazing, excellent, wonderful service. My experience from beginning to end was over and above my expectations. Other service industries need to take a page from Gerber's book.
