On May 5th I was in a accident. It involved some body damage to my Tahoe. May 8th I took it to Gerber Collision in Rockford. Working with them in the past I felt most comfortable there. Jim, Alexis & the staff couldn't have been more helpful, kind & caring. I asked them a couple times to look for things in my truck, they were always in contact with me & letting me know what was going on with the repairs. Jim is aware of the need for my vehicle (I do have a daughter in a wheel chair so its not easy to just get another vehicle to drive as I have to be sure a wheelchair & my other 2 kids fit) & I truly felt he was trying to get it back to me as much as I needed it back. I had a wonderful experience with Gerber. Even thought Meemic's estimate system went down for a while, it was a very quick process once the estimate was finalized. Customer service was top notch, and it was apparent that the employees care about what they do. Thanks for making what could have been a stressful, not to mention annoying, experience almost enjoyable!

Gerber was told and showed the areas to be fixed on my auto. They did the work beautifully and also fixed other areas of the car that they felt needed to be done, and did not charge extra. I am so pleased with what they did, and the "new" auto they gave back to me.
