On May 5th I was in a accident. It involved some body damage to my Tahoe. May 8th I took it to Gerber Collision in Rockford. Working with them in the past I felt most comfortable there. Jim, Alexis & the staff couldn't have been more helpful, kind & caring. I asked them a couple times to look for things in my truck, they were always in contact with me & letting me know what was going on with the repairs. Jim is aware of the need for my vehicle (I do have a daughter in a wheel chair so its not easy to just get another vehicle to drive as I have to be sure a wheelchair & my other 2 kids fit) & I truly felt he was trying to get it back to me as much as I needed it back. I had a wonderful experience with Gerber. Even thought Meemic's estimate system went down for a while, it was a very quick process once the estimate was finalized. Customer service was top notch, and it was apparent that the employees care about what they do.
