Having an auto accident is nerve wracking but Gerber provided excellent service which helped so much. From my first phonecall Gerber was accommodating because I was not able to get into the shop. They just took information over the phone and got to work. Don F was outstanding. His updates every Tuesday and Thursday were detailed, and I felt that he was mindful of the fact that I had to pay for a rental car and that work on the car had to be done as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with him and the rest of the staff. Thank You!

Mike even diagnosed, and made the repair of, an annoying water leak my Ford dealer wasn't able to take care of - in about 5 minutes. The car looks beautiful! This is my 2nd time being serviced by this company and that is the reason why I am a return customer. A couple of years ago I had an accident and they did a wonderful job. The customer service was impeccable both times. This time I did not know if they were going to be able to help me or not. Fortunately they were and did a fantastic job of getting my car back to looking brand new. I will not go anywhere else from now on. Justin/Sara was so very nice.
