WOW ! What a great job! It was completed in the time they quoted. There was a "nice young lady" from Germany, that transported me to and from the Shop. She was most congenial and pleasant. Pay Off: they cleaned my Van, inside and out, before they delivered it to me. What a Nice Surprise ! Great Work, Great Service !

I have magnetic stickers that I have at the back of my vehicle. I took them off so that they would not be lost during the vehicle car wash; I placed the very dirty stickers on the floor of the back seats. When I did the inspection of my car once the work was done, I was delighted to see that the stickers were cleaned off and placed on the back of my vehicle. That "extra touch" is well worth 4 stars ... along with great work on fixing my vehicle. Thank you!

Service was fantastic. Everyone at the shop treated me as if i were the only client they had. I received texts and phone calls keeping me apprised of how my repairs were going. All of which I appreciated very much. I plan on telling my agent to refer other customers to Gerber, that's how good I thought the service was.
