Gerber Collison, Mundelein, was extremely helpful. My Prius was rear ended. They were willing to work with USAA to make my car driveable back to Iowa. Then I would not have to drive back to Chgo to pick it up & could have it repaired in Des Moines. They put 2 men on it, so it would be finished by early afternoon.

This truly is 5 Star service. I went in on a Tuesday for body work and wanted the car Friday. Dina, the estimator explained all the steps that had to be done would take them until Monday. I just said do the best you can. There was a deep mark from "keying vandalism, unrelated to the accident. I had received an estimate from somewhere else and didn't want to spend the extra money. Dina actually called twice to update me with the progress on the car. She then asked if I wanted to fix the Keying scratch and quoted a lower price. I said go ahead. /dina called again to tell me that the car would be ready Friday night. - THIS is how a professional business should be run! Dina made the difference.

Dina M. was outstanding. She was very diligent in her text messages, and phone messages, keeping me updated through every step of the way. She was kind, personable, and made me feel comfortable from the time I first walked into the door, to the time I picked up my car. She also assisted me with facilitating my rental car, and arranged to have it picked up when I returned it. My experience with Gerber, and Dina in particular, was very positive, and my car looks great! They even touched up the scratches for me, which was a nice bonus. I stopped by this morning without an appointment and asked if they could give me an estimate to fix the latch on the rear door latch of my Toyota Sienna. I was expecting that they would look it over, give me a quote and ask me to come back, or at least leave the vehicle with them. Instead, they fixed it on the spot and I was extremely happy with the price. Next time I need my windshield replaced or I have a car in need of body work, I will definitely be bringing it to them. BTW, I've also used Gerber in Skokie several times and I've been very pleased. I would go back to them as well.
