I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, from the time I drove in, throughout repair (phone calls with updates) and the day I picked up my vehicle. The facility is also very clean and well-run. I was especially impressed with how Lucy and Stephanie kept me informed and how EXTREMELY pleasant and professional they were in every way.

Everyone in the office was wonderful. I was kept up-to-date on the repairs. The repairs were completed on time. Enterprise being in the office was super convenient. The van was returned with no sign of the accident AND the inside was cleaner than when I dropped it off. It has been years since the new car smell was in my car!

mr Luis E. ,production manager ,assisted me ,with great customer service,I never had before, in solving a minor painting issue that was done at this location.I was impress with his friendliness and will to help. Thank you. Also the lady at front desk I think she is Spanish always greeted me with a welcoming smile .i think her name was Stefany.

I was in an accident and I was told to bring my car to this Gerber by the other persons insurance, I won't say which one it was but it started with an E and ended with "surence". So I brought my car here and Jason did the quote and he was super nice and professional. It took about 8 days to do the work and they kept me informed where they were with it the whole time. When I went to pick up my car Stephanie was at the front desk to help me, when she called the other persons insurance they said that they "never accepted liability" even though they okayed the work to be done and the payment for it. Well at this point I could have been screwed and have to pay for it myself except that Stephanie refused to let that happen. This was my 1st visit to this facility. All people I came into contact with were absolutely wonderful and professional. Service was outstanding. I will recommend this facility to everyone I know if they need any body work etc. for their car. They kept me well informed as to the repair status and when my car would be ready. They exceeded my expections.

No Ins. Co. was involved. I am giving 5 stars because: 1. Reception girls were great - they immediately made me feel at home - It seemed that they were very happy to meet and see me thus making me also happy. 2. The estimator Lucy was equally great. She gave me a feeling as if I am talking with my sister. 3. The work done was equally great, could not have been better. 4. Because I was paying from my pocket, they gave some discount too.
