We would like to commend the excellent service that we received from Sarah. Sarah was as nice as can be. She really made us feel welcome at this location. We took the car to another collision shop, prior to coming here and they were unable to fix the problem. We really appreciate Sarah for taking the initiative to call USAA on our behalf and get it approved. She even got us a rental car. We were so happy when we found out they were able to fix the problem. Thank you for hiring such an exemplary employee as Sarah. She is a true asset to your establishment. You can tell that she really loves her job by the way she treats her customers. We really appreciate Sarah for taking the initiative to call USAA on our behalf and get it approved. She even got us a rental car. They ended up taking the car to the dealership. We had previously asked the other collision place not to take it to Ed Bozart Chevy because of all the bad reviews. They ended up taking it there anyways. We really appreciate Sarah for taking the car to Findlay Chevrolet for us. We have had really good experiences with them and they have really good reviews. They were able ... to figure out the problem at Findlay. Thank you for hiring such an exemplary employee as Sarah. She is a true asset to your establishment. This is the 2nd time I've had repairs done at this location. I was treated with respect from my first phone call to my last. Everyone is extremely willing to help and offer the correct information in a timely manner. James (estimator)is a class act. Even though he gets very busy he always takes the time to explain details in a friendly manner. When the repairs were finished, it was a perfect job. I am impressed with Gerber's service, again.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. These folks are just amazing; they kept me informed along the way by email; did a fantastic job on the body work and detailed the interior of the vehicle. I lifted the hood a week after getting my SUV back and to my shock and surprise, the engine was steam cleaned! Thank you Gerber for saving me the necessity of doing so - it was to be done when I got my vehicle back. When my car was brought out to me, the service tech noticed one tire was soft - took it back and checked all 4 tires. Super service - very highly recommend.
