Alfred is awesome! I came in this morning after running over a tire tread last night and left 20 minutes later with the dislodged under panel put back in place, secured and at no charge! Now that's customer service. I will return when and if the need arises. Great job! Thanks!

Thank you for the proactive measures you and your team took to keep me in the loop and feel comfortable with the situation. Being the reason I was brought to you guys in the first place was a car accident I was not at fault for my was not happy about the situation to start with. THANK YOU for the great customer experience aside from the repaire work I revived being outstanding! All aspects in every area I was helped with i am more then pleased with! The customer Service was great everyone from the Geico to the Gerber Guy was great. Even had my car ready in 3 days instead of 7. The rental Car is right on the property Enterprise and the experience with them was great customer service. The benefit is how Gerber gives and stands by the work done as long as you have the car.. Thank You Gerber ... Happy ThanksGiving....
