The staff here was super helpful and knowledgeable. I made my appt. on line via GEICO, reserved the rental, showed up on my scheduled appt. day, adjuster was prompt and super friendly. Estimator and rep quickly processed my claim, I went right next door (HOW CONVENIENT IS THAT?) and picked up my waiting rental vehicle with Enterprise. Dropped my car on a Tuesday, morning, was notified on Friday morning that it was done and ready to come home. I would have given FIVE stars except I have to return because a piece is missing from inside my trunk that covers the lights and it looks like they forget to place back that cover piece and now I have to go back to pick it up necessitating another trip to Gerber, but the body work is seamless, and there is no evidence that the car had even sustained any damage. What a wonderful experience, so not the ... norm these days. Should I need again you will be the first contact I make for auto body repairs. Thanks so much Gerber!!!! read more

I am 61 years old and have had my share of dealing with repairs to my cars, Gerber collision is #1 on my list now , Aremy J A. was the best customer service man that I have ever dealt with in any profession, he was very informative of the procedures and what I should expect from Gerber during the repair of my vehicle, his communication was perfect, he was polite and respectful and completely aware of my needs, he even referred me to Enterprise rentals to make the whole process go easier. My car was fantastic when I picked it up , everything was perfect, he even greeted me by name when I entered the office.. I will definitely suggest to all my friends that if they ever need to have work done to go to Gerber. You have a winner on your team with Aremy J A. I am giving them five stars because I have no reason not too. The whole experience was as easy as it could possibly be for me. The entire process was explained and I had lots of opportunities to ask questions, which were answered. At drop off, the Geico rep, and Gerber collision rep both checked the damage to my Sienna, and I was told they would have an estimate later that day because they needed to remove some panels of the car to accurately asses the damage and estimate repair time. Got a call later that day, exactly like they said they would. After the inspection, I picked up my rental car at the same location. Again the rep, explained the agreement and got me down the road in just a few minutes. Total time there during the drop off was probably fifeteen to twenty minutes. Much quicker than I thought it would take. My car was repaired ... ahead of the estimated time, and the pickup was even quicker and easier. No complaints from me, smooth operation. You can tell they know what they are doing. read more

I am giving positive feedback on my experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. When asked where I want my car to be towed I immediately replied Gerber Collision. Although, being involved in a collision is very stress inducing I must say that my experience was made better with the help of Erika Lopez-Oseguera and the rest of the team at Gerber. It took a little longer to repair than I expected but I was consistently kept informed by Erika as to when my car would be ready. On the day I picked up my car, the front desk personnel was wonderful and professional. Thank you thank you thank you!!! MY CAR WAS BEAUTIFULLY DONE! Though I don't know the names of each and every person who took care of my car, I would like you to pass words of thanks to each and every person even the person who hand washed it at the end. Kris S. was my mobile technician and he was cordial, polite and very clear on the expectations and guidelines to follow after my windshield was replaced. He was later than the timeframe I was given but he did call at 11:59 and arrived within his estimated 1/2 hour and did a great job and I appreciated him calling and arriving when he said he would. I would call Kris again for any future glass needs.

Kris did an awesome job replacing my windshield. Woke up one morning to see a huge crack in my windshield and was able to get it replaced the very next morning. Kris was very knowledgeable and confident with his work. The windshield looks better than when my car was new! Great job, Great service!
