But we have to give the biggest praise to Gabriel, who worked on our vehicle without hesitation and with determination to get the job done. Gabriel has a servants hearts. I was acquainted with Gerber because of a previous accident and was referred to them by an insurance company. When my car was hit by an item on the highway I returned to them because of past satisfaction. I was helped by Erica L. She was professional and helpful, quoted me a cash price as well as a time frame for the repair. My husband and I were pleased with the follow-up phone calls and the quality of the repair. We chose to pay for this out-of-pocket because the price was fair and reasonable. We would use them again.

He provided all the dos and donts so that the lifetime guarantee will be valid. It was good to learn the windshield wipers must be replaced. He was well groomed and very pleasant. An excellent employee to have representing your company.
