I would give their rating a "10" if you had that many stars. This location has the best service of any auto repair I have used in the last 45 years!! The work was EXCELLENT and the customer service was unsurpassed. Aramy and Nick were great. They will get all of our business and anyone we can refer. This tragedy turned into a great experience.

I picked up our car for my husband. i really hate doing this sort of thing but the shop made it so EASY!!! Stan was a delight, Hillary made me feel right at home and the shop manager pat personally went over the vehicle with me. I hope we never have to have any work done again but if we do I'll be returning to Gerber on boulder hwy. Thanks for everything.

Hi- I have been to Gerber Collision three times and have had superior service each time- that is why I have returned. They do a GREAT job and you will not be able to tell that you have had a repair done. I have used my insurance Cash (cash rates are good too). The staff is awesome.

I am very pleased with the customer service and work done by Gerber/GEICO. I haven't driven the car yet; however, it looks better than before the runaway hood disabled me. Hillary, Richard R., Tad of Enterprise, Ty of Enterprise and Stan of course of Gerber all were good to me.I am not used to this sort of things happening so I had lots of questions and they have all been answered.

We had a great experience at Gerber. After taking our '08 Toyota Camry in to repair front end damage we were immediately put at ease by Gerber employee Erica. She was very knowledgable and through the whole process she kept us updated and informed. Our car was ready before the promised date and upon first inspection looks terrific. Only time will tell how well everything holds up but at this point we are absolutely satisfied.

I LOVE GERBER! Even though I was in unfortunate experience of a car accident, the good people of Gerber Collision ended it on a happy note for me. I had only used Gerber once before several years ago, but they left such a great impression on me, I didn't hesitate to call them again. This time, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lonnie. Although the body shop was busy, he was always courteous, professional and followed up with me consistently. I appreciated Lonnie's honesty and the time he took to answer all of my questions. Not only did Lonnie deliver five-star service, but so did the rest of the Gerber staff. And as far as the actual body work...the quality was awesome! I will certainly recommend Gerber to all in need of auto body work!
