Very quick turnaround time on my vehicle. The whole experience was smooth from the vehicle estimate, drop off, and pickup. The entire staff is pleasant and easy to deal with and they communicate very well while your vehicle is being repaired so you don't have to keep calling them to get updates. Highly recommended!!!!!!

I can not tell you enough how much Gerber Collision & Glass has been the epitome of service, professionalism and friendliness they have bestowed upon me when I have my Camry done in their facility at Decature Blvd., Las Vegas NV. I would like to mention Erika L. and Daniel .for a superb team player they were in making everything worthwhile doing business with Gerber. I have had two vehicles requiring windshield replacement in the past six months. For the first replacement, Kris S responded to my residence for the repair. Mr. S was professional in the way he conducted himself, and went above expectations in the way he explained the repair, and follow-up care instructions. For the second vehicle's repair I drove to the Las Vegas location at 5947 Boulder Highway. I was greeted by the receptionist, Hillary, who was very pleasant and welcoming. Despite some technical issues(power kept shutting off) and some construction, Hillary remained upbeat and positive. I was glad to see that it was Kris who then advised that he would be completing the repair to my vehicle.
