Your service was outstanding. The people we dealt with were professional and attentive to our needs. We were kept advised of the status of our repair during the process. The car was ready when promised, and the work was beautifully completed. In fact, your shop went beyond in cleaning up a couple of extra marks on the doors. Thank you. After crashing my truck Infinity insurance recommended I take it to Gerber for repairs. They did an excellent job. There is not a trace of the accident and Ruben has gone above and beyond to make sure I am completely satisfied with the work that was done.

Everything was great. Enjoyed the service performed here. Didn't have to leave the premises to get a rental car. That was top notch. Usually you have to go somewhere else for a rental car.

Personnel from the front to the back are all so awesome. Everyone treats you with respect and so prompt. Ericka, and Faye are always so respectful and helpful. Ruben and Dan so great, it was a pleasure to work with this people. Best experience ever.

I brought my car in for repairs to a dent in passenger side rear. I was met with a friendly and courteous staff. The shop representative, Thomas was extremely helpful and called me with regular updates. When I picked the car up they also fixed some minor dent at no extra cost. The repairs looked great and I couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend this shop to my friends and family. I will always come here in the future.

Went through my insurance (USAA) to get body work done to my car. I found the staff here to be incredibly friendly and so helpful. They really take an avid interest in talking to their customers and giving them the best care possible. I never once had to wait on the phone to speak with anyone. My repair was done exactly when they said it would be, and they went out of their way to correct an issue from the car wash (there was a minor scratch on the area repaired) and talk to the staff about it. The repair looked fantastic and there is a lifetime warranty on all their work! I also got my windows tinted while my car was there from the gentlemen they recommended (he has a mobile tint business). For my only accident repair in 30 years I think Gerber on Decatur is hands down the best. Their customer service as well as repairing collision damage is exceptional. I was customer service manager for many years and of late you don't see good customer service these days with Gerber being the exception. I loved the daily status updates by text (I'm in technology and I love to see companies that use technology). I was also impressed by the concern the estimators showed even though my damage wasn't all that bad (for me it was devastating of course). Since my car is in Audi I figured the repair would take a week because of parts but, Gerber did it in three days and it looks great. Should I ever need accident repair again, Gerber is my choice for the repair.

Total staff was professional and efficient. I needed small fender trim repair and did not file thru my insurnace company. Lonnie W. came out and gave me the appraisal and lead time. Shortly after my initial meeing i had back surgery and your office staff would call just to inquire on my recovery and let me know that my part was in and available so when I could drive they would have the part to replace. Thank you for your patience and great work
