They buffed out some additional scratches not related to the accident, put air in my tires, and detailed my car! I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! Highly WRECK-omended is right! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUTSTANDING WORK. KEPT ME UP TO DATE WITH MY CAR EVERY OTHER DAY, KEPT ME IN THE LOOP ON EVERYTHING. IF I HAD TO RATE MY EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH ON A SCALE OF 1-10, ID GIVE THEM A 100! NICEST FRIENDEST STAFF AROUND. MY CAR WAS CLEANER ON THE INSIDE THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN AND OF COURSE, THE DAMAGE DONE WAS COMPETELY UNTRACEABLE AND MY CAR SHINED LIKE NEW. THANK YOU! I HOPE I DONT HAVE TO COME BACK IN ANYTIME SOON AS I DONT WANT TO BE INVOLVED IN ANYMORE ACCIDENTS BUT IF I AM, I WILL INSIST ON COMING TO GERBER.

NV - Mobile Glass Services - 2/24/14
Kris S. installed a new windshield for my 2008 Toyota Sienna today and he was so friendly, and gave me great customer service I would gladly recommend him to my friends, and family. He recommended that we tint our windows which I thought would be useful as we live in NV and have young kids. He also explained to us info about installing the windshield and instructions on how to care for the windshield after he installed it. Thank you Kris!!

I was blown away by the professional, courteous, and prompt service I received from both of these individuals. I took my Dodge Ram in on Mon and they were ready and waiting-was told to expect them to take a week. The people in this location are absolutely wonderful, very helpful, extremely polite. I was called on Wed with an update on the repairs; should be completed by Fri. On Fari was informed the truck would be ready by 4:30/5:00. It was ready when I arrived and the repairs are beyond expectation. My vehicle looks brand new. The people (everyone from the front desk to the technician that detailed the truck before delivery) are great, the workmanship is great, the turn-around time is great. They were very meticulous in the way they handled my vehicle. I couldn't be more pleased. If I have any more repairs required this is where they will be done. I highly recommend Gerber to anyone needed these services.

All the staff there were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with me. My very first time coming there, I got lost and Kathy was great with helping me find the location over the phone. As soon as I got there she walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions! Aremy and Nick were the ones who checked out my car and they were very honest with me about my damages, which I appreciated greatly. While my car was in the shop, they made sure to call me and update me on the progress and in no time my car was ready to be picked up. When I went in to pick up my car, Kathy,Nick and Aremy were there again, and once more their customer service towards me was fantastic!
