All the staff there were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with me. My very first time coming there, I got lost and Kathy was great with helping me find the location over the phone. As soon as I got there she walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions! Aremy and Nick were the ones who checked out my car and they were very honest with me about my damages, which I appreciated greatly. While my car was in the shop, they made sure to call me and update me on the progress and in no time my car was ready to be picked up. When I went in to pick up my car, Kathy,Nick and Aremy were there again, and once more their customer service towards me was fantastic! After the payments were handled with Kathy, Armey and Nick walked out with me, explained to me the repairs, asked me if I had any other questions and then I was on my way. He arrived early for our appointment and engaged in friendly conversation throughout the installation. We will definitely call Auto Glass Authority for all our auto glass needs and request that Kris always be our technician.

I had an accident and went to Gerber to get my car fixed. NO words! Awesome people! The best garage in town for sure! They kept me updated on what was going on and the estimated time of delivery. Now my car runs and looks like before the accident. I strongly recomend it!!

Cathy and Aermy were great, especially when I was informed by Aermy of prior damage to my vehicle and the OEM bumper had already been reconditioned. As such, he provided documentation to support the fact so I could discuss this issue with the dealer where I purchased my vehicle. I was impressed with the quickness of establishing my estimate/drop off as well as repair time and pick up procedure. Second time I have used Gerber and I will consider Gerber if the need arises in the future.

Never had I been to Gerber. State Farm's recommendation. My car was one ear old. They replaced the bumper and match the paint to perfection. The painter should get a raise. The job made my car look perfect again. I will tell everyone about Gerber. It is the best.

I am leaving feedback for Chris, who installed a new windshield for me about two weeks ago. He was very prompt, called when he was 15-20 minutes away (which really, really helps when you have crazy work hours!) and was very professional and kind. He explained everything he was doing with my car very thoroughly and finished the job in under an hour. I actually called back two days ago because I thought I had heard my windshield rattling, and he came back yesterday afternoon and spent time with me in the car driving to make sure everything was alright. I appreciate the service from someone who is performing a complicated service and doesn't make me feel like an idiot in the process! He's definitely a great asset to your team. Give the guy a raise; he's fantastic.
