I can't believe how smoothly this repair went. Gerber Collision arranged for the rental car and they were there to pick me up early the morning I brought my car in for repair. When my car was ready for pickup I went to the car rental place (Enterprise) and they took me back to Gerber to pick up my car. This saved a lot of stress on me as I did not have to have someone pick me up both times and transport me to the site. As far as Gerber Collision - they did a wonderful repair on my car and they called me and told me what was being done during the week. I highly recommend this company. Everyone from the receptionist to manager was very helpful and respectful. This holds true for Enterprise Rental Car also. g

Excellent customer service. Ashley made the whole process easy. She was right on time with everything. I had no extra down time due to Gerber. I was in and out very quickly. I received my car back when promised. Ashley was even willing to wait a few minutes after closing, so I could get there after work. Repair was amazing. Looked like it did, when I drove it off the lot. Thank you Ashley for everything!!

I was 100% happy with the repairs. Also I was impressed with Hartford's Chad Hites customer service skills. Great job. Wow! My wife and I were so impressed with Gerber! Our VW Jetta was rear-ended causing damage to the trunk, tail light, and bumper. The folks at Gerber were so attentive and kept us in the loop during the entire process with progress reports. The repaired, replaced and repainted with perfection! We were very impressed with all of the people who work at Gerber. Thank you!

Usually in most places you expect to wait 20 - 30 min. if not longer to be helped. I barely introduce myself at the front desk when Kris Sowders stepped forward to greet me. He was a very polite young man. He walked me to my car and said it would be ready in 30 min. I went to get coffee and had just finished my second cup when he called. Never have I experienced such prompt service. It makes your day brighter when you have people like Kris Sowders to take care of you. Because of my experience, I told at least 4 people that same day and recommended Gerber Collision & Glass to them. Keep up the good work Kris and Gerber we need more people like you in the world.
