In spite of challenging delays due to the supply chain disruptions, the Watertown Gerber team did their best to get our deer-smashed Honda repaired in a timely manner. The car looks fantastic and drives perfectly. Their excellent communication --every Tues & Thurs calls without fail was really appreciated.

Terrific! I got rear-ended and took my car to Gerber. They took time to assess the damage and discuss a plan and promised to make it look like new. To my pleasant surprise, when I went to pick up my car a few days later, it did look like new! Making it look like new means making it look even better than before the accident. They even went above and beyond returning my car to me cleaner inside and out than it was when they got it. Great work! Thank you Kevin & the rest of the crew. I hope and pray I never find myself in another accident for as long as I live but if I do, I'll be sure to go back to the folks at Gerber. Truly professional-level work and very pleasant people. Who can ask for more?

I started using Gerber Collision when I hit a deer in 2016. From then to my most recent fender bender, I will never go anywhere else for collision work. The staff at the NY Wheatfield office and the amazing collision crew is top notch. They are prompt, communicate with you through the entire repair process, assist with the rental process if your policy covers that (and even if it doesn't). The work that they do is amazing, honest, and timely. I am so impressed with them and will continue to refer my friends and family to them for the same amazing service. Thank you!
