Great service! I was told that it would take 2 days but then was informed it would be 4 days and since I had to pay for the rental car Gerber picked up the bill for the extra days! I'm very impressed and grateful for their excellent service. I will recommend them to all I know.

I would like to recognize and thank 2 of your employees who went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at the Gerber location at 9200 Transit Rd / Amherst , NY. 14051...Their names are Chuck and Dale. My car was spray painted and I was going there to get an estimate but to my surprise the two guys were able to remove the paint from my car without it being painted.. Took my truck to shop on 13 Sept 2021 and was told it would done on 24 Sept 2021 and I picked it up on the 24th. It looked muck better than when I took it in and it was hard to tell that any type of repair had been done. I was updated of the progress every day by text of how things were going and if it was still on time for delivery back to me. Very satisfied with the work done and the staffs attention to my vehicle. A great review for Mike, Brendan and Jill (customer service) and the people who worked, put together, repainted and detailed my PT Cruiser. A little rough patch, waiting for parts and last minute phone calls. The outcome.... beautiful!!! Shiny and new. Keep this in mind, all when people are not yet wanting to return to work. Gerber on Monroe recently did a warranty repair for some peeling paint on my front bumper following up a previous repair. I was so impressed by how quickly they got me in for the paint work, how smoothly they provided (and paid for) my rental car, and the speed of the work. I could not have been more pleased with the way the warranty repair was handled. They made it so easy on me!
