Great quality but seemed to take too long. Left the inside of my windshield cloudy, I had to clean it again. Headlight replaced is uneven with the other one

Collision wise Gerber did a great job on my car I would highly recommend them. My car looks amazing. Thank you collision team! I did not meet any of you (usually how it works in the back of the house) but I want to thank you for the beautiful job. Everything looks perfect and I have already recommended Gerber Collision to my family and friends. I had one issue but was taken care of right away due to their exceptional front desk rep Elizabeth. I have not come across the customer service Elizabeth naturally gives in a very very long time. Between the insurance company and the car rental confusion, Elizabeth took all the worries away from me and took care of everything herself . Took the car to Gerber because I support locally owned businesses. Upon arrival was greeted by David. He had great customer service and made you feel like it would be an easy process. We ended up needing a rental car and their partnership with Enterprise made that easy too. The car looks like new. They went above and beyond and cleaned the whole car. They stayed in touch during the entire process. I was very pleased. A plus!!!
