This location is beyond superb! This is my second time working with them for auto body repair and I needed my windshield fixed as well because of an object flying off a construction vehicle hitting my hood and windshield. From the front office Jane and dealing with the estimator and Kayla who helped make sure things were just perfect. I give their manager Alicia props for having such a well oiled operation and Thank you to the men in the shop who made my sonata look brand new!

This location was absolutely phenomenal!! From the time I dropped off my car till the time I picked it up! They were so incredibly thorough with me during the WHOLE process. Jane at the front and Kaitlyn were such a delight and so helpful. I am always on the phone for work so whey offered to text me with updates I was so happy about this. I received a personal text from Jane every Tuesday and Thursday with updates, as well as the automated one, and Kaitlyn sent me one as well going into detail about my car and the items they were waiting on. I had no worries or concerns because of the way they kept up with me. Normally when I get my car fixed I am always wondering when I will get it back but they informed me of a date and they were on time! They texted me from when they started working on my car to even starting the painting process! I ... was SUPER impressed. I will definitely be using them in the future for all glass repairs, hopefully no more collisions, but if one happens, I know where I am going and that Is Gerber in Newnan! I contacted Gerber's Auto Glass to replace a rear windshield and I was connected to Glass America. They called me back and gave me a quote and time of service. I received an email and a text confirmation. On the day of the service, Mitch, the awesome repair guy, called to let me know he was an hour away. Mitch was very professional and courteous and he did an excellent job. This experience was amazing from start to finish. Thank you!

I have not had to use a collision shop in ages. However, someone hit my car while it was was parked. I was uncertain where to send it for repairs. I spoke with my dealership service advisor, he recommended Gerber. I spoke with Gerber representative via phone. the representative assured me that this process would be hassle free. She advised me of what I could expect from Gerber Collision Center. After receiving text messages with the update/ estimated time that my vehicle would be ready my nerves began to settle. The updates popped up every 2 days with the progress of the repairs. Gerber did a fine job communicating with me. They even made the return of the rental car easy. Thanks Gerber staff for making this experience great! I will definitely recommend family and friends to this collision repair center.

Gerber Collision is a step above all the other car repair shops I have done business with. The crew at Gerber Collision is a superior force of professionals that was dedicated to restoring my vehicle to my satisfaction. They did above and beyond job on their craftsmanship. They also were very quick with repairing my vehicle the first time and they kept me informed every step of the way. The managers and staff all contacted me in a very friendly and prompt fashion to keep me informed of all the updates. Not only that this work force has the integrity to do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. That is very difficult to find now in the service industry. Like I the other body shops i dealt with were not even comparable to Gerber Collision! I thank you !

My wife hit a deer in Alabama. 2018 Camry major front end damage. I was blessed to have Farmer Insurance. My agent called claim office. They called back few minutes later with claim number. Not hours or days later. They advised for Gerber collision body and glass to transport vehicle, a nation wide service company for repair. I live 50 miles NE away from Atlanta. I didn't know at time but originally was set up for Newnan, Ga. well below Atlanta. After talking with them, the Newnan location called my claims office who authorized to be transported to Lawrenceville, Ga. location for repair at no extra cost where it's only 10- 15 miles from my home. They called back, gave me the info to include they would return rental vehicle from enterprise for me.
