Throughout the 90+ day process, the Kara and Alicia in the office who helped keep us in the loop. Many thanks to them and to Michael, the DM for some welcome relief with the use of a rental. We've had the car checked over by VW and are very pleased with the final product. Thanks again!

Absolutely perfect customer service. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday the 1st and was greeted by The adjuster Alicia who made sure that everything I noted was addressed. The environment for the shop was really friendly from the parts manager, who's name eludes me, Kara the apointment/receptionist clerk, all had positive and upbeat additudes. The repair process went as smooth as I have ever seen. I may have been a bit annoying but was never made to feel that way. When I would call they would give me a fairly detailed explanation as to where my vehicle was in the process. They even surprised me yesterday morning when they called to tell me it was done. When I was picking it up they again went over the warranty on the work so that I understood it. The repairs were done with attention to detail in mind. From setting body lines where they ... are meant to be set. Adjusting headlight and fog lights where affected. The paint match was spot on and once I am able to wax and polish it out to a high finish I will not even know which panels were replaced. I WILL recommend this facility to all my friends in need of repair work. And I will use them in the future with my other vehicle that needs a complete respray of the exterior in the near future. Took my car in for repair and first spoke to Kara R. -CSR and then to James S. General Manager. They checked the damages and told me they could just add a bolt and buff out the scratches. Even cancel the claim! Oh my gosh, they asked me if I had time to wait, repairs were completed in least than 30 minutes, and no charge! Honesty and curtsy in this day and age is had to fine! What an great experience and will highly recommend they to all my friends. Thanks again to James and Kara!

Great service! I got an after hours call from the 800 number to schedule an appointment the next morning. When I took the car in for an estimate, I decided to leave it for repair. By the next afternoon, the car was ready with a new bumper cover that matched the car perfectly. Great service with friendly, efficient personnel in a pleasant environment. The car was washed and the tires shined when we picked it up. All I can say is, "Wow!"

Called Tuesday evening and had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. The two employees I interacted with, Kara and Clint, were both extremely professional and customer service oriented!! New bumber was installed and car was ready for pickup in one day. Even though a hanging engine cover was "not covered" according to the insurance claims adjuster, they took care of that for me at no cost. Car came back looking clean both inside and out!!! 5/5 stars for both customer service and quality work!! Thank you, I greatly appreciate the A++ effort!!

I'm absolutely impressed and happy with the GREAT customer service I received. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician was super helpful and friendly. Edwin the technician was extremely thorough and quick to fix anything that I spotted or had a question on. We had used them before and will continue to use them for the amazing service that they provide. Words can't express how thankful I am that they got my car back on the road.

They were great, nice, professional and I will send everyone to them and if anything happens to my truck it will go back to them to be repaired. As the day after I picked it up, a girl hit the right rear light and they fixed it right back for me, they were great! And I would know, my father had a car dealership. So I know good work and great employees!
