This shop and staff is far beyond professional !! They are caring, organized, proficient, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for you! The process was so easy! She assured me when my car would be fixed, and handled my insurance information to make sure that I was covered and that everything would be taken care of. Excellent service by Gail the receptionist in coordinating repair and painting of my vehicle. Gail is very friendly, easy to work with and efficient. Elaine is a true professional. She accessed the damage to my vehicle and provided appropriate repair course of action. Price was reasonable and comparable to similar shops in area.
