Service on day one from the receptionist, the adjuster, and all the staff until I picked up my car was very knowledgeable, timely, professional, and friendly. Very clean Facility. I got text messages on updates about the car repair. When picking up the car, I was told how to care for the car ( Vehicle Care Tips). This is a great shop, have one closer but, choose this one from previous experience with outstanding work. LaShonda has great Customer Service, and is an exceptional individual with care. LaShonda kept me updated on the progress of repairs, and also retuned my vehicle back earlier due to her Tenacity. Wayne had great customer service and ensured I was happy before I left.
