On 12/28/2015 a had my Jeep Cherokee towed to Gerber Collision in Holly Springs, NC following an automobile accident. The very next day I was contacted by Chris who explained Gerber's step-by-step process in which my Jeep would be returned to my in the condition prior to the accident. Chris contacted my at least 2/week with an update of where they were in the process and when my Jeep would be ready and they actually started a few days earlier than anticipated. He also explained a problem they were having with the rear axil shaft/axil housing and in some cases this could total the Jeep. His next update determined only the shaft needed replacing and they were on track to finish. A couple of items did not fit up correctly but they took their time and finished it correctly. Gerber made things very easy for us when we had to get our truck fixed. Everything ran smoothly. We received texts and/or phone calls every couple of days to give us updates on how things were going. Easy and quick service after my car suffered a rear-ending. The entire staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the phone calls updating me on the progress of the repair. Also, the car wash and vacuum was an unexpected, but much-appreciated, bonus. A+ customer-service move. Very happy to drive my clean, good-as-new car home.

Thie Service and Staff was great. They text and call me on update on my car repairs progress. My Car was repaired on the Date they Promise. The car look like it just came out of the Car Show Room. Pinstripes and all Damages. like new. Recommend to anyone whom need Car repairs. Friendly staff , Like you been knowing them for years. Nice clean shop and area. I gave them 5 Stars !!!!
