Our family is very satisfied with the professional work and excellent customer service at Gerber in Mooresville NC. Kacie B. was faithful to communicate with us several times a week, and if I reached out to her with a question, she was very helpful and responsive. The receptionist was also very helpful.. We were very pleased as well that the repairs to our 2 vehicles were completed well ahead of projected dates. Thank you Gerber. We will be recommending you to our friends and family.

Repairs on my car were done quickly and to my satisfaction. I found Debbie and Kacy friendly and professional. When I picked up the car, Kacy went with me to verify my satisfaction. Arrangements for a rental car were made for me.

Absolutely the BEST!!! Customer service was amazing, Management (Matt) was so helpful and explained every detail to me reassuring of me of their process, (Sierra) was awesome with keeping me informed from day one, the rental car service (Enterprise) that they used was excellent. I had little interaction with the Technicians but they put my mind at ease too. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! You turned a bad situation into an easy experience. Will never use anyone else!

Gail and Amanda were both excellent at the front desk and kept me updated with the car's status and estimated time for completion. When we noticed a slight misalignment upon completion, they took it back to the shop and fixed it right up while I waited for it so it would be done correctly. Thank you!

Great Experience with Tabatha A, She was very pleasant and knowledgeable in helping Us get our Vehicle in shop for paint services and then straight in to shop and Terry A took great care of Us and matched our Paint perfectly. Highly satisfied from start to finish with these individuals. Will def recommend to Family & Friends in future and Continue our Business Needs here in the future with this kinda teamwork . The attention to detail and professionalism of this group is amazing. My car needed extensive work done to the front end and it was handled in a timely manner with the finished product being flawless. Thank you so much to estimator Kacy B. for being a true pro, courteous and professional with a great knack for communicating the progress of the repair throughout the time work was being completed. If repairs are needed in the future tour one our vehicles, Gerber will be the place.
