I would recommend Gerber for your autobody repair/paint and glass replacement needs. They did quality work and actually delivered before the date they initially told me. Kacy was great to work with and communicated in a timely and concise way everytime. I am very satisfied.

Best service I have ever received. It was friendly, fast, and efficient with no waiting time. I only had my truck in the shop for one day. When I went to pick it up, the paint job was perfect, and they had washed it inside and out. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Just picked up our 2010 CRV from the Cary, NC location after I was involved in a minor fender bender. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. The work itself was well done. This is the second time I have had Gerber take care of our car and we have had the pleasure of Kacy Butts as our Estimator/contact person both times. The facility is very clean and staff are always friendly, helpful and easy to reach. I trust them with my repairs and I have owned and operated a body shop before! The only negative I experienced was the note at the bottom of the original estimate suggesting "'get live updates at www.carwise.com/e/3pZwBb" but the link was broken and did not work but the idea was good and would liked to have seen how it worked; I can't blame the facility for that though. I hope I don't have to see them again but if I need body work done in the future, I will come back here. and tell anyone that needs any body or glass work that Gerber is the place to come.

Overall a good experience but wanted to give a thank you to Molly. More than once, she went above and beyond for me. I was not a happy customer not because of Gerber, just because of being rear ended and having so much annoyance. Each time I dealt with Molly, she was calm and always handled the situation for me. Which made my life a lot easier during this process. I'm a disabled Veteran and sometimes have challenges in these situations if my wife is not with me but she helped me and went the extra mile to rectify my claim. Thank you to all but a special thanks to Molly!

I received excellent service. My 11 year old vehicle was returned washed and looks new. Although the appraiser could not give me an exact date or time of pick-up I received frequent updates and an estimated return date during the process. It was nice of the receptionist to remind me when the vehicle was ready that they would notify the rental care company and the rental paid for by the insurance would expire. I knew this but it was nice to get a reminder. I would recommend this company

Finished before they estimated the job would take. Threw in some extra work at cost. Didn't return calls, but pretty regularly texted about progress. Truck looks great - better than before the accident!

This body shop repaired my wife's car in 4 days and they did a superb job.. It was a pleasure working with all of the personnel there, who were professional, courteous, and, above all, helpful. And, the guys who repaired the damage to her car did a masterful job. We will recommend this body shop to all of our neighbors and friends.
