This is my second mishap with my vehicle & have used Gerber on both occasions. staff is courteous, professional & put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. On my second repair, they ran in to some difficulty w/parts & covered the cost of my rental for the extra week! Also made another repair unrelated to the accident & split the cost with me since it was out of pocket & they were a week late. Aces in my book... would definitely recommend to anyone. Bill @ the Oak Lawn location is "The Man"...

Everyone was extremely helpful and professional from the moment I called to report my claim to the moment I picked up my minivan. It looks brand new and I especially liked how they explained how to car for the car for the first couple months due to the paint job, good to know.

The absolute BEST customer service. William G., my estimator, walked me thru the whole process. He explained everything in detail and delivered on the promise to take excellent care of my car. He is a total asset to Gerber. I was told three days for my repairs and was delighted when I was driving out of the lot 33 hours later with excellent repair work completed. And Bill was there to shake my hand and thanked me for trusting Gerber with my repairs. This insurance company was very efficient with getting back to me with text messages on my phone, and took care of business fast. They did a great job fixing my bumper, and tail light. I have no complaints and I recommend them to anybody who wants to get work done with them.
