I have to tell you what a pleasure it was to have my car done at your company. I had my car done at 10933 south central avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois and was treated with professional people at that location. Everyone I was in contacted with did a GREAT JOB! Crystal at the front desk was EXTREMELY PLEASANT and Helpful. I really wish in this day of age where everyone only calls to complain that you please acknowledge that office with more then just 'GOOD JOB" guys, I will be giving referrals to that location whenever I have a chance, although I hope not to be back there for obvious reasons. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE OFFICE IS ACKNOWLEDGE AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO CRYSTAL at the front desk.

When the truck hit my car, I was so torn. I was referred to Gerber Collision for the repairs. Gerber promised me that my car would look exactly like it was before the accident. They promised me that they would take good care of my car. They promised me to keep in contact regarding progress on the repairs. They promised that the paint would be well blended. They promised that I would have nothing to worry about. Gerber kept every single promise. They fixed my car. They were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and understanding whenever I called with questions. Gerber eased my apprehensions. I'm so grateful for all of their hard work.
