I took my car in to this body shop on July 24, 2013. Mr. Sam Haleem told me if I left the car then that work would be started on it that day and estimated it would take 2 to 3 days to complete the work. Mr. Saleem called me at 4:30 pm on July 25 and told me the car was ready to be picked up. This shop did a fantastic repair job on my car. Mr. Saleem is a very pleasant and professional person to do business with. The car was ready way ahead of estimated completion date. The car had been washed and looked great. This is a great body shop. I have used this shop on two occasions. No complaints from me either time.

Staff was great especially Romeo Montiel. My vehicle was involved in an accident and needed it for a family vacation a week after the accident. Romeo kept me informed through the process and was professional. He was able to get the vehicle completed in that time even though the damage was suppose to take 16 days to repair. I would recommend this location to family members and friends.

From the moment I arrived for my initial repair assessment all the through all of the needed repairs were done on my 2011 Elantra the service was top notch. I was given a daily update either with a phone call or a text message. Don was especially helpful and easy to reach whenever I needed to call about my car.

Don Hauser, Mike Ambriz, and Larry Rampick were outstanding in carrying out their professional responsibilities after my recent accident. Don Explained everything about his estimate, Larry did outstanding work (as usual), and the manager even buffed out a spot during the final inspection. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone who needed body or glass work. As usual, I am very happy with the final outcome.

Service was great!! They handled everything (and even gave me a ride home). They called me with every detail and status update. Never had to guess as to what was going on. They dealt with the insurance company that represented the guy who hit the car. You guys are the best. I'd give you a WOWW (Wonderful and Out of this World Wreck-a-mendation) service factor. I hope I don't need service again (i.e., another accident), but if I do, I will use Gerber.

I am very satisfied with the work done here at Gerber. Everyone was very nice and informative about the repairs done to my vehicle. I was provided with constant updates on the status of the repairs through phone calls and text messages from the company and the mechanic himself. I would definitely recommend Gerber for repairs.

I had to use Gerber twice within these past couple of months to fix two seperate vehicles. I have never had such outstanding service that truly catered to my every need. The receptionist was extremely helpful with finding me a vehicle for the time being and the loaner service was there before Romeo was done explaining to me the damage done to my car. Also, the notifications via text messages was extremely helpful in keeping me updated on my vehicle and quite funny too. Romeo possessed tremendous amount of knowledge and people skills that made this experience even easier to go through. I will use Gerber for any of my car issues and would HIGHLY reccommend them to anyone due to the service I've received.
