Just got my car back today, got a new front bumper, fog lamp, and a couple other small things. The car looks great, and I couldn't even tell where the car was damaged. I dealt with Romeo for the most part, and he was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process.

Excellent service and so nice, I had gotten hit at work and they were nice enough to cover the first 5 days of rental for me. Jose got wheels in motion to get car back to me faster. When returning rental car on New Years Eve, insurance place was not open and I could not afford the rest of the days on rental car, Beth @ collision pulled some stings and covered the rest of my faire. I am extremely grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone. My Aveo looks awesome, I am extremely satiefied.

I had a great experience at this location. Not only was everyone extremely friendly, but they really showed they cared and were trying to do the best for you and for your convenience. I had brought my car in for minor repairs for a fender bender I was in and I was given a rental car, free of charge for myself and my two children, and my car took less than 24 hours to repair. When I picked up my car, it was all washed, windows were all hand cleaned, and they even vacuumed my car out. Not even the ford dealer will do this when you ge repairs done. I would definitely refer people I know here. Don was a great estimator, and this was definitely hassel free. My car looks like new. The interior was cleaned, the tires were cleaned, the battery in the remote start was changed and they delivered the car to by job. Wow, totally unexpected. Mike Ambriz was great.

They were phenomenal! I couldn't believe how comfortable and confident I was, leaving my car with them. They contacted me daily to update me, as to what they completed on my car. I have never experienced such service from an auto facility. I have no doubt that I will use them in the future, should I need to. I also know that I will pass this info on to family and friends.
