I had an auto accident recently and Gerber collision was recommended by my insurance company. I was very worried about my car a Lexus Hybrid, because i had never been in an accident and didn't quite know how everything would go. From the moment my car was towed into the shop I got a text letting me know it had arrived! Every thing they did along the way i either got a text or a phone call which helped to put me at ease immediately. They constantly kept in touch with me even to tell me that they were waiting on parts to come in. This made my whole experience better, lets face it to some of us our car is our baby and I really missed my baby and couldn't wait to get it back. When I went to pick it up AWESOME JOB!!!
