DEAR SIRS..........Last month ,while visiting Erie,Pa. my car was badly damaged by an elderly lady ,who rammed my HONDA PILOT ! Her ALLSTATE people advised me to have the TRU2FORM { GERBER COLLISION & GLASS } company do the repairs........ I saw TONY STABILE at your Mahoning Ave. location in Austintown,Ohio and he took care of the car in a timely and professional manner !! I want to thank you folks for the fantastic service and I want to especially single out MR.STABILE for his great attention to my situation ! He was friendly,courteous, and most helpful..........his attention to detail and knowledge made what could have been a real bothersome experience ,turn out to be very pleasant !! Again, let me commend your company and TONY STABILE for the great service..

I'd like to give my appreciation to the True2Form team in Warren, Ohio. Even though a part was shipped to the wrong location which caused a 2-day delay, I was very satisfied with the end result. I believe Mike was the manager who helped me out. He was easy to talk to, made things simple and clear to understand, and let me come in on the Saturday to get my baseball glove out of my trunk due to the 2 days extra needed (and I play softball on Sundays). I would love an opportunity at this $50 drawing to use toward a very small/thin paint crack on my passenger side door. Either way, thanks for the good work.. and thanks again to Mike. Great customer interaction.

Today I took my car to this location to have it detailed and to have several scratches buffed out. I met with Larry, who was absolutely wonderful. They detailed my car from front to back and did an amazing job. The car looks, the price couldn't be beat, and they completed the work in a very short amount of time. I couldn't be happier.
