I have listened to the weekend car show radio ad for Gerber Collision and I can see why they are highly recommended. The front of my car was destroyed by a deer. The humans at Gerber Collision kept me up-to-date (twice weekly) on the progress of my repair. They strive for high quality and it shows. Gerber Collison made my car look great! Go Kevin!

The service and workmanship was so excellent and cost effective I brought my vehicle back for more repairs! Their paint department did an excellent job matching the OEM color I was blown away. My first impression of the shop put me at ease, the young blonde slender lady that greeted me quickly welcomed me and made me feel like the only customer. Which is impressive because there were many things happening at once. The waiting room is well maintained and clean. The coffee and tea choices were very welcoming touch if I had to wait for longer than a few minutes (which I didn't need to wait). As for the final repair, it was completed in the time promised and they even did a clean up of my interior which is above and beyond the service I expected. I absolutely only have good things to say about Gerber Collision. They are so helpful from getting you set up in a rental car (from Enterprise a block away) to returning it for you when your repairs are done. The customer service is awesome! I love how they give you updates every few days so you know what is going on. I have a Cadillac Escalade and the repairs to it are fabulous!!! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
