Can't say enough good things about the service and work done. Had golf ball size hail damage (about 80 dents) in the car and when they were done, one cannot find any damage on the car. It's as if the incident never occurred. Excellent customer service, follow up and craftsmanship. Just blown away at how great the entire experience was.

This locations is amazing. Everyone I interacted with gave me excellent customer service. Mike was so patient and understanding with all of my questions and concerns. The receptionist (I have forgotten her name) was so kind and helpful each time I called. They truly cared about getting my car taken care of in a timely manner and their help definitely made my "accident" much easier to deal with. Will definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know in the Dayton area. Thank you all so much for helping me thru this bump in my vacation.

Last week I hit an orange barrel....those suckers are HEAVY! I went to Gerber Collision and Glass because my daughter had an accident a couple of years ago and they did a great job fixing her car. I was sure that my front bumper and fender would need to be replaced. Tony took a look at my car and said "Let me try some rubbing compound first before we decide if we have to replace anything." After 15 minutes of very hard work, Tony had my car looking like new again. I didn't have to take off work or leave my car for a day. And when I asked what my cost was, the answer was Nothing - we don't charge for that. They made my day. I have never had such a positive experience when something is wrong with my car. I recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to everyone!

I live in Rochester, NY had a fender - and hood - bender as I was driving to Kent, OH for a visit. My experience with Gerber in Hudson, OH was as good as it gets. Most importantly the car was repaired in time for me to drive home on August 10th. My b'day was the 13th, and grandchildren and great grand children came to visit at 10 AM on the 11th. I was there to greet them - tired but very happy. Thank you Gerber!
