The service I received at Gerber Collision in Austintown, OH was excellent. My Van was repaired quickly and the staff was friendly. They assisted with arranging for my rental vehicle and kept me up to date on the progress of repairs to my vehicle via email and texts. Don phone call and counter skills were friendly and professional as were the rest of the staff that assisted with my claim. I will recommend Gerber to my friends, family and co workers.

Very impressed and very pleased with my experience. Drew was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time with us explaining what would happen. Convenient hours. Loved the text updates but doesn't seem like you receive responses back. Definitely recommending Gerber to my friends!
